Self-sabotaging and self-destruction are the first in line as opposed to freedom, change and new beginning every time you make a decision. You might have a good intention in mind but you never know the outcome until the decision is made. You might be surprised, you might horrified, you might regret - the trouble is you don't know until you make this decision.
I'm not going to say "but you need to make a decision, be brave, take a risk". It's all bullshit. Be as cautious as you want to be, in the end of the day it might do you good. You can weigh all pros and cons, make a spreadsheet and a pivot table but even this doesn't guarantee a planned outcome.
I guess what I'm trying to say, take all time in the world to make a decision. But once you make it - don't look back and brace yourself if the the wind of change will turned out not as warm as you expected it to be.
